IMPORTS

Any individual or legal entity assigned a tax identification number in accordance with the Tax Procedure Law, as well as partnerships of individuals who do not have legal entity status but have legal power of attorney pursuant to applicable legislation, may carry out import transactions.

Individuals who are not merchants may import items that, by their nature and characteristics, are clearly intended for private, personal, or family use, or that are clearly brought as gifts.

Article 5 of the Import Regime Decision states, "The import of goods is permitted except for measures taken within the framework of relevant legislation for the purposes of public morality, public order, or public security, the protection of human, animal, and plant health, or the protection of industrial and commercial property."

As Demkz Logistics, upon receiving an import request, we perform the following procedures:

• Gather the necessary data from the relevant agencies or shipping companies before the arrival of the imported goods and inform the customer.

• Determine the G.T.I.P (Customs Tariff Statistics Position) numbers.

• Ensure that the order is received upon arrival of the goods and the original documents are received.

• Register the declaration in accordance with legal regulations.

• Identify and document any damage, breakage, or missing items on the imported goods, and inform the relevant authorities and the customer.

• Ensure that customs duties, taxes, and fees are accurately determined, assessed, and paid.

• If the imported goods are secured, finalize the guarantee procedures.

• Ensure that the goods are shipped to the specified address after all necessary procedures are completed smoothly and provide the customer with the necessary information.

• Perform the necessary accounting and archiving procedures for the completed import transaction.

EXPORT

All export-related transactions are carried out within the framework of this decision and the relevant legislation, bilateral and multilateral agreements, and any regulations, communiqués, and laws issued pursuant to these. As Demkz Logistics, we perform the following procedures upon receipt of an export request:

• Determining the G.T.I.P (Customs Tariff Statistics Position) number of the goods to be exported
• Registering with the relevant Export Associations based on the type of goods

• Obtaining preliminary permits from the relevant authorities, if necessary, within the framework of the Export Regulation and Export Regime, and obtaining special documents such as health certificates, agricultural certificates, control certificates, A.TR-1, E.UR-1, certificates of origin, etc.

• Completing customs procedures after the goods are loaded onto the vehicle

• Issuing the customs exit declaration upon completion of the necessary documents

• Ensuring the acceptance and registration of the declaration, conducting its inspection and verification

• Closing the declaration after the exported goods are shipped abroad and the customs confirmation is received by the relevant customs office

• Resolving letters of guarantee.

• Maintaining accounting and archiving records for all transactions following the completion of the export transaction.

TRANSIT

• Determining the G.T.I.P (Customs Tariff Statistics Position) number of the goods to be transited.

• Receiving the delivery order from the relevant agency following completion of the documents

• Completion of the necessary security procedures

• Preparation of the declaration for the goods to be transited

• Registration of the declaration

• Receiving the goods into the warehouses or loading areas, if necessary

• Loading the goods onto the most suitable transport vehicle under the most suitable conditions, without causing any damage

• Completion of the port exit procedures for the goods with all official documents completed

• Transition to the specified country or customs office

• Preparation of archive and accounting records
